Full Service Design

Intended for clients who are looking to hire EDCo to design their home from start-to-finish. You will receive a full design plan, renderings, elevations, design/mood boards and unlimited design meetings. This service includes full management to oversee all design on a regular basis throughout the duration of the project. EDCo handles all communications with contractors, orders all materials and provides the GC specifications to ensure the design comes along as planned.

This full renovation design plan will help you far before your project begins, and we are always the last ones to leave. We will guide you through a step-by-step process starting with design, selecting all materials, to ordering and executing.

Aesthetic Design

This service is perfect for the client looking to update their space, but might not need or have the budget for the full-service renovation. EDCo will put together a beautiful design, to include mood boards, a material list, layouts, renderings, design meetings and a specification sheet you can take to your preferred contractor to execute the project.
